2. Service scope
We provide an independent, fee-for-service advisory and comparison service for cottages offered by third parties. We do not sell, lease or broker immovable property, are not a party to any purchase transaction and receive no commission from sellers or agents. Service descriptions and prices are published before you order, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" (Zakon Ukrainy No. 675-VIII «Pro elektronnu komertsiiu»).
3. Website use
You may use this website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy content at scale, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malware, misrepresent your identity or use the site to breach the rights of others.
4. User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, for independently verifying any property details, documents, utility availability and access roads before entering into an agreement, and for your own decision-making. Advertising claims on this site are made truthfully and substantiated in line with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising" (Zakon Ukrainy No. 270/96-VR «Pro reklamu»).

Texts, layout, comparison data and branding on this site belong to fitneerspro.com or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
6. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data as controller for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection" (Zakon Ukrainy No. 2297-VI «Pro zakhyst personalnykh danykh»). Non-essential cookies are used only with your consent, in accordance with Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX "On Electronic Communications" and Law No. 2297-VI.
7. Complaints and dispute resolution
Send complaints to contact@fitneerspro.com or the postal address above; we reply within 30 days. Under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Protection of Consumer Rights" (Zakon Ukrainy No. 1023-XII «Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv») you may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court.
8. Liability and governing law
The service is advisory; we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of comparisons, to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
